Being farming, our community produces traditional Cyprus products such as halloumi, trachanas, anari etc. while the villagers deal with the harvest of olives and carobs, agriculture and livestock.  Wells were drilled within the area of the village which contributed in the expanding of the irrigated land which reached 48΄5 hectares in 1985.  The village also deals with stock farming.  Evidence of this is that in 1985 there were 59 stockbreeders in the village with 3,856 sheep, 541 goats and 245 cows.
